In the article the state of illegal turn of weapon and live ammunitions is examined at the beginning of ХХ in., conditioned growing revolutionary motion. The sources of acquisition of armament revolutionaries, channels of supplying with him, are explored to Russia, activity of public organs on counteraction of gun-running and live ammunitions in Russian Empire, here an accent is done on international cooperation of Russia and governments of the European countries in this sphere. In detail organization of co-operation of Department of police is considered with other law enforcement authorities, Military ministry, boundary guard.
