The article investigates the features of effective management for creative projectsin the field of culture, art, cinematography. It reveals the legal aspects of control ofthe issues of socially-oriented non-profit organizations involvement in the imple-mentation of creative projects on terms of co-financing. The paper generalized anddisclosed regional experience in the competitive selection of creative projects andtheir potential performers applying for subsidies. Recommendations are given tothe subjects of the Russian Federation on the development of competition mecha-nisms in the industry and the introduction of alternative ways of financing creativeprojects.
