This article is devoted to a research of experience of creation of industrial parks in Russian regions. Results of a research: recommendations about increase in regional effectiveness of creation of industrial parks for regions of Russia are offered and efficiency of their implementation on the example of the Kaluga region - one of the first regions which created industrial parks for attraction of foreign investments is estimated.
