The work provides the working analysis of palliative care centre dealt with end-stage cancer patients. It is determined that palliative care centre work with incurable cancer patients is highly demanded. Thus it needs being extended. The major measures to be taken while providing such care are pain treatment, complication treatment and care and treatment training course for patients and their relatives depending on the disease. Besides, the patients of the centre are in need of personal hygiene measures, special conditions for relaxation and physical activities (walking or doing exercise according to the prescriptions), visiting a library and other activities satisfying human’s communication need such as volunteers’ and creative team visits, exhibition and theatre performance organisation and religion communication.
