In recent decades, the number of elderly and senile residents has been growing, which is reflected in the increase in the number of cardiac surgical patients in these age groups. Coronary heart disease and degenerative aortic valve stenosis (DSAC) occupy a leading position among diseases of the cardiovascular system in elderly patients and in their combination lead to significant mortality due to adverse cardiovascular events. Surgical correction allows you to avoid fatal complications, and thereby increase the duration and improve the quality of life. However, the risk of combined coronary artery (CA) and aortic valve (AK) surgery in age-related patients according to a number of authors is very high and significantly exceeds that in younger patients (1). Therefore, the study of our own experience in the surgical treatment of such patients seems to us very relevant.
