The results of surgical correction aortic valve dysplasia

Based on experience of the clinic of the Cardiosurgery, Moscow Regional Clinical Research Institute, the authors analyze follow-ups of patients with complicated and uncomplicated form of the aortic valve dysplasia. Based on the clinical study of the above group of patients, the authors have developed treatment policy, defined indications for surgery, and determined the types and scope of surgical interventions and specific features of follow-up.
