The paper presents new results obtained in previously unexplored Diem Cave, which was found in the Cuc Phuong national park in North Vietnam in 2012. During the research three major cultural lithological layers containing archaeological and anthropological material were found, in addition to mechanically mixed upper layer with different-cultural remains. Preliminary results showed that the location refers to a range of caves sites Thanh Yen Commune (Con Moong cave, Mang Chieng cave). Anthropological material from layers 2 and 3 testified settling is presented anatomically modern human at the turn of the Pleistocene-Holocene, but its industry in the primary and secondary treatment was little differed from the industries of the Lower Paleolithic sites in Vietnam.
