Results of the research of stability against tipping of mobile cranes in agricultural construction

The purpose of the research is to study the situation with the accident rate of automobile cranes during construction work in agricultural construction and construction of facilities serving the agro-industrial complex. The article examines data on emergencies associated with the most frequently used lifting equipment in agricultural production in the country over the past 10 years. For the analysis, the integrated information of official sources was used, allowing an objective assessment of the situation. The sources of information were information from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, and the Federal State Statistics Service. The materials presented were carefully analyzed in every aspect. The article outlines possible ways of solving the existing problems. Attention is paid to various types of lifting mechanisms. For the convenience of data perception, the information is displayed in tables and diagrams. From the data provided, it follows that the trend of injuries in the construction sector, including the agro-industrial complex, has not improved in any way, the indicators have decreased only due to a decrease in construction equipment and its use in relation to earlier years. The main reasons for the decrease in lifting mechanisms in the Russian Federation over the past 10 years are investigated. The main causes of accidents associated with lifting equipment are considered, the main causes of emergency situations are highlighted (as a percentage of their total number). As a result, the analytical expressions of the constituents of the essence of the problem cover almost the entire range of factors that make it possible to assess the overall picture of what is happening on them, and therefore, effectively carry out preventive measures to prevent accidents among this type of special equipment. As applied to the agro-industrial complex, effective ways of prevention are not only organizational, but mainly engineering and technical solutions.
