The study of the development of nursing and nursing medical education in the 90s of the XX century

The study of the development of nursing and nursing medical education in the 90s of the XX century allowed to prove that the accumulated experience of development of nursing medical education in studies of domestic and foreign authors is of interest in historical, methodological, organizational aspects. Domestic research reveals the experience in a hierarchically constructed system, foreign - in a market, or (more often) in a regulated market. The analysis of domestic sources testifies to the search and introduction of new organizational forms of professional activities of nursing medical personnel, and also reveals the emerging problems of nursing medical education in the context of healthcare restructuring. Given that the nation-wide health care system of Russia consists of various services of territorial healthcare systems with their demographic, social and economic characteristics, the study of the development of nursing and nursing education in this period is exemplified by the example of a separate territory (Orenburg region).
