Results of research of influence of mechanical activation on structurally-rheological characteristics of coal suspensions on the basis the filter-cake

Management of structurally-rheological characteristics WCF (water-and-coal fuel) received on a basis the filter-cake probably selection of reagents-softeners and mechanical activation. At the given stage mechanical activation WCF modelled in the experimental sample special rotorpulsating the device of RPA TH contract created within the limits of performance № 02.740.11.0757 from April, 12th, 2010. Activation fine-dispersed coal suspensions on the basis of filters-cake enterprises for coal enrichment of Kuzbas for the purpose of decrease in effective viscosity and pressure of shift, and also increase of stability WCF it was carried out at speed of shift more than 103 с-1. The executed researches indicators that application of mechanical activation allow to lower effective viscosity in water coal fuel on the average on 27 %, and on separate tests to 40 %. The received results can be used by working out of technological schemes for preparation and burning waste of coal in the form of WCF with obligatory inclusion of operation of mechanical activation.
