Results of the evaluation of economic damage to Donbass on military action

Inflicting economic damage by military operations is a manifestation of an emergency similar to a natural disaster or a man-made accident. At the same time, economic damage occurs in a number of business entities both related to an emergency and not directly related to it. Economic damage from hostilities is the costs, losses and losses expressed in cost form, caused by this particular event at a given time and in a given specific place. The methodology and results of assessing the total economic damage to the Donbass from military operations are presented.
