The results of the tetralogy of Fallot repair from the point of surgical management for right ventricle outflow tract

The tetralogy of Fallot repair results have been analysed in 117 infants with different types of right ventricle outflow tract reconstruction. Post operation follow up period up to 65 months showed monocusp valve did not affect on pulmonary valve insufficiency and right ventricle disfunction development. Patients with monocusp valve in the right ventricle outflow tract position are in the group of risk of being operated for RVOT obstruction.
