Results of the application of hydropneumatic damping device in the power transmission of the tractor of the low class of charge to improve the performance indicators

Based on the cultivation of grain, it is necessary to use a tractor with transmissions capable of absorbing vibrations and increasing the stability of the coulter group of the seeder for sowing. Since it improves the quality of the operation, reduces the consumption of spent seed, fuel and increases the environmental component of the process. It is experimentally proved that the efficiency of the sowing machine-tractor unit can be improved by installing a hydropneumatic damping device with a variable moment of inertia in the tractor transmission. Studies have been conducted on an experimental tractor sample, which have shown that it is possible to increase the efficiency of a technological operation - seeding - by increasing the efficiency of a seeding machine-tractor unit based on a class 1.4 tractor, by introducing a hydropneumatic damper into the transmission. Since the hydropneumatic damping mechanism allows smoothing of oscillations, this results in an improvement in the operation of the seed coulter group. The analysis shows that the use of a hydropneumatic damping device in the transmission of a tractor of a small class of thrust is an effective structural measure that improves the output indicators of the aggregate and improves the operation of sowing grain crops.
