The results of exogenic creatine phosphate use for decrease of ischemia degree and arrhythmias prophylactics are presented in the paper. We performed CABG surgery during extracorporeal blood circulation in 360 patients with CAD and low myocardial reserve level using inhalation anesthesia with sevoflurane. It was established, that exogenic creatine phosphate contributes to preservation of cardiomyocytes viability and restoration of their functional activity at CABG surgeries during artificial blood circulation. The use of exogenic creatine phosphate prevents the development and progressing of CHF, facilitates restoration of a sinus rhythm, decrease the frequency of development of a low ejection volume syndrome and reduce the volume of necessary inotrope support in the postoperative period.
