In this article presents the analysis of clinical and angiographic effectiveness of paclitaxel-coated balloon catheters in the treatment of patients with coronary artery disease before implantation restenosis of coronary stents. The factors the risk of recurrence of restenosis in the long run. The study included 90 patients, which, depending on endovascular interventions were divided into two groups. In group I (n = 35) angioplasty restenosis performed using the drug eluting balloon catheter and in group II with a standard balloon catheter. Long-term results evaluated in 23 patients (65.7%) patients in group I and 26 patients (47,3%) II group.
