This paper is the first publication of 15 Roman silver coins from burials of the barbarian population of the Crimean foothills, acquired by N. K. Minko during his archaeological excavations on the Alma River in 1909–1911. Most of the coins (11 pieces) are denarii-pendants (from Hadrian to Maximinus I). They are joined by the antoninianus of Julia Domna, denarii of Geta and Macrinus, and the silvered follis of Licinius I. This set is consistent with the materials from many synchronous Crimean cemeteries.
