«The Concept of the Russian Federation Civil Legislation Development» provides for the right in rem improvement and, firstly, for the land property rights improvement. One of the new rights for the domestic civil legislation is the emphyteutical right. The article is devoted to the theory of the Roman emphyteusis, which is now most popular for the modern Russian civil law.
