The RINC-index. What is new?

The article analyzes changes of the main indicators of the Russian Science Citation Index (RINC), used for the academic journals. The new RINC indicators, which should be used for the more accurate analysis of journal activity, are discussed. The authors analyzed the goal of the use of the Herfindahl-Hirschman index. The principles of the use of the Herfindahl-Hirschman index for the analyses of the journals’ activity are described using the examples of such scientific journals as «Polis. Political Studies», «Power», «World Economy and International Relations».
