This paper discusses the development and creation of a risk management system in the management of a sports organization, which is due to the need for decision-making in modern conditions of incomplete information. It is determined that risk management in economic terms is a system of risk management in the implementation of financial and communication relations that arise in the management process. The paper shows that when searching for effective management strategies in the field of sports entrepreneurship, it is impossible to ignore the problem of studying, evaluating and analyzing the risk of entrepreneurial activity in this area. The article also raises the topic of the need for a more in-depth study of the marketing risk management system in the activities of a sports organization. The study focuses on the inadmissibility of ignoring the problem of studying, evaluating and analyzing the risk of entrepreneurial activity in the sports industry.
