Risk-oriented model of project management in an organization

The article considers the risk-oriented approach to project management in anorganization which ensures the reduction of the probability of risk events andminimization of possible losses. It describes the application of risk modeling tools inproject management to meet the calendar deadlines of the project work. As a result,the risk-oriented project management model was developed to be implemented inthe operational activities of the project organization. Due to the results of analyzingactivities of the project organization the problem of non-fulfillment of calendardeadlines was revealed and the list and probabilistic characteristics of the relevantrisks was compiled. The results of project modeling based on the risk-oriented modelof scheduling and network planning were analyzed, the results were summarizedand systematized, recommendations for its use were given.
