The article presents the research results on the possibility of using compliance methodology to form a system of proactive risk management for the integration of artificial intelligence into the activities of higher education and science organizations. An analysis of the content of the concept of "compliance" and its adaptation in relation to the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies was carried out. The specifics of artificial intelligence compliance are defined and key ethical principles for scientific and higher education organizations are formulated. The risks of using artificial intelligence technologies were categorized and normative elements of artificial intelligence compliance for scientific and higher education organizations were proposed. The functions of artificial intelligence compliance in a university were defined. In order to eliminate the identified risks a list of preventive measures for the artificial intelligence compliance system has been developed.
