Risks for business activities and economies of the EAEU member states

Business, economic, and managerial risks are of particular concern. They can be the result of various causes - political events, climate change, epidemiological situation, changes in legislation, tax regulation, fluctuations in prices and exchange rates, competition, non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. At the same time, in the EAEU member States, there is only a partial consideration of these problems. The pandemic, the decline in oil prices and the shutdown of many industries have sharply reduced the incomes of the EAEU countries. The dynamics of the GDP of the EAEU countries as a cause and consequence of the emergence of risks for entrepreneurship is noted. The dynamics of the volume of mutual trade between the EAEU countries is analyzed to understand the degree of risk impact on business. The article describes in detail the political risks associated with Nagorno-Karabakh, Belarus, popular opposition protests, migration risks, and financial risks associated with money laundering.
