He transition to a green economy model is one of the trends of modern development. But this transition is accompanied not only by positive effects, but also by several risks and threats to the sustainability of the business. The author considers the risks of economic security of enterprises in the implementation of the green economy model. Approaches to leveling these risks are proposed.
