Risks of attraction of loan funds on the market of capital

The article deals with the risks of borrowing and borrowing process at the capital market. Risks are considered in the context of three categories: risks related to strategic and tactical decisions about borrowing and related areas; individual risks inherent to financial instruments of the capital market; general financial risks related to the process of attracting long term loans. For the each risk there had been identified the factors which facilitate to occurrence of the risk and the possible consequences of their occurrence.
