Risks of projects for the implementation of design works and engineering surveys in the construction sector

This article presents the results of research on the risks of design organizations in construction, considering industry specifics. The article highlights the key aspects of the stated topic, the author’s contribution is to clarify and systematize the risks of projects for the implementation of design work and engineering surveys in construction. The article considers the key risks of implementing projects for the implementation of design work and engineering surveys in construction from the standpoint of the typology of risks, risk factors and organizational consequences from their implementation. The study presents the main stages of design work, considering industry specifics in the construction industry, and identifies the risks of each stage. For each stage of design work and engineering surveys in construction, the consequences of the occurrence of risk events are determined.
