Risks of the balanced social and economic development of the region

Security of the region with resources acts as guarantee of its social and economic development, and their harmonious combination in the course of interaction provides effective reproduction of the public benefits. Economic literature offers a number of techniques to assess rational approach in use of resource potential by means of rating models. The author's perspective to the problem of effective use of factors that provide for the region development and methodical approach to assess risks of regional level in the conditions of investment and innovative activity is presented in article.
