Remote work risks and ways to minimize them to improve company efficiency

The article discusses the risks that arise in connection with the introduction of a remote labor format, as well as the ways in which they can be minimized. The article discusses problems that can directly lead to damage if you do not work with them. In addition, the issue of the impact of telecommuting on the organization’s activities is being considered. In a rapidly developing economy, companies strive to provide comfortable working conditions, for example, provide vacancies with the possibility of remote work. The transfer of employees to remote work entails not only savings for the company, but also various risks. Due to its specifics, with the introduction of remote work, uncertainty in the field of control, monitoring, confidentiality and so on increases. To rank risks by category, a risk map was compiled and those problems were identified that need to be paid attention to and measures taken to minimize risks, which will subsequently entail an increase in the company’s efficiency. Understanding these risks, as well as identifying them in a timely manner, will help the company take measures to minimize negative consequences as quickly as possible. Among the mentioned risks, the authors of the article identified the risks with the greatest degree of influence: cyber risks, burnout, incompetence of employees, technical problems.
