Risks of sustainability of the Volgograd region's business environment in the context of institutional changes and uncertain market conditions

This scientific article provides an analytical overview of the current state and level of sustainability of the Volgograd Region's business environment in the context of systemic institutional and fiscal changes in the Russian Federation. The study identified and analyzed the key risks and negative trends that have formed in the region's economy, including the concentration of credit risks in basic industries, stagnation of business activity against the background of increasing fiscal burden and polarization of the financial condition of enterprises.
