We studied the immediate and long-term results of 36 robot-assisted surgery in patients with generalized myasthenia. In 23 of them revealed a tumor of the thymus gland. A comparative evaluation of robot-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy operations. The high efficiency of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with generalized myasthenia gravis.
