Robotization and employment prospects

This work is a purely theoretical (deductive) study of the relationship between robotization of production and employment. The theoretical study of this relationship is relevant due to its indefinite nature. Empirically, employment prospects are not obvious in the context of the trend of robotization of production. The introduction of Autonomous robots into production in the future will be the main way to create Autonomous automated (robotic) complexes. At the same time, robots differ significantly in their functionality from historically previous technical means. The object of research is the impact of robotization of production on employment. The subject of this research is the nature of the impact of robotization of production on employment. In another formulation, the research subject is a theoretical condition for the impossibility of employment due to the robotization of production. The purpose of the study is to determine the theoretical condition for the disappearance of employment in the situation of robotization of production. Can labor cease to be an economic resource due to the robotization of production? If so, under what condition? The study determines possible theoretical conditions for the complete replacement of labor with capital, or the displacement of workers by technology; labor ceases to be an actual economic resource. However, the conclusions are preliminary and need further research and clarification.
