Robotic diagnostics of extremely dangerous operating modes of fire engine engines in the paradigm of intellectualization of transport systems

In the paradigm of current trends in the evolutionary development of robotization of intelligent transport systems, the theoretical and applied aspects of the original methodology of instrumental diagnostics of the structural safety of fire engine engines in the free acceleration mode without external load are described. Using a patented robot manipulator according to original programs, the engine is intensively accelerated at idle with acceleration, reliably ensuring its exit to the external regulatory load characteristic. It is substantiated that in such a diagnostic mode of testing a fire engine, malfunctions/failures in the fuel supply system are identified by the composition of its exhaust gases. It is shown that timely detection and elimination of failures using the methodology of multiple correlation of the composition of exhaust gases with deviations in fuel supply parameters makes it possible to maintain the operability of engines in emergency operating conditions of fire trucks.
