Revision of biodiversity of fauna rodents territory of the Mid-Amur lowlands and the adjacent lowlands held. The study of the species composition of rodent communities in habitats оof varying degrees of anthropogenic transformation effected. The presence of 15 species of rodent belonging to 5 families and 12 genera confirmed. It is shown that the community of rodent species of arable land is very different from the communities of natural habitats. As a rule it is the only kind of agrophile species - striped field mouse Apodemus agrarius. Only occasionally found another speies - reed vole Microtus fortis or striped hamster Cricetulus barabensis. Arable land, out of service, characterized by a wider range of species. However, the dominant species in these communities, as a rule, remains a striped field mouse.
