Parenting in the socio-structural space of the Russian society

The article studies how parenting influences socio-demographic and professional structures of the society. Their transformation is related to the objective tendencies and socially important problems of the modern Russian society. The authors consider parenting as an activity on giving birth, caring, educating, training and development of children, their socialization and further professionalization; as a result of which their human capital is developing.
