The role of human capital in innovative development of Russia

The article reviews the capital types: fictitious, material, human. The special attention is paid to the role of the human capital in connecting all the factors of economic dynamics. It is noted, that the development of human capital, the basic components of which are skills and intelligence, is not in expansion of material goods’ production, but in the possibility of healthy lifestyle choosing, the improvement of creative abilities and so on. The authors give guidelines on resolution of innovative development issues of the country.
