The article examines the managerial role of digital platforms in creating and supporting organizational innovation. Given the growing role of digital platforms in modern business, today it is extremely important to understand the nature of their influence on innovation processes. Based on an analysis of modern literature and the practical experience of international companies, the authors provide a classification of digital platforms and discuss their intended purpose and specifics of work. The main attention is paid to management actions aimed at the effective use of digital platforms to promote organizational innovation. The results of the study demonstrate that working with digital platforms contributes to the development of a culture of innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing. The conclusions drawn from the study can be addressed to the management of modern companies interested in making the most of the potential of digital platforms to stimulate innovations and gain competitive advantages in a modern, rapidly changing digital environment.
