The role of digital technologies in improving the quality and accessibility of transport services in Ulan-Ude (sociological analysis)

The development of a comfortable urban space is closely related to the accessibility and quality of public transport. This article analyzes the residents' feedback on "public transport" in Ulan-Ude, data from municipal institutions on passenger transportation by urban transport, ratings on the quality of public transport in the capital of Buryatia, and evaluations of the implementation of digital technologies aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of transport services. The rating data and evaluations include the results of sociological research on this issue.
