The role of digital technologies in the management of financial resources of chemical industry enterprises in the Volgograd region

The article is devoted to the problems of digitalization of the chemical industry of the subjects of the Russian Federation, in particular the Volgograd region, and the need to introduce and use information technologies in managing the financial resources of chemical industry enterprises in the Volgograd region. The essential problems of chemical enterprises in the Volgograd region in the context of geopolitical instability have been studied in detail. The implemented automation systems for managing financial resources of chemical industry enterprises in the Volgograd region, in particular ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) automation systems, served as a significant emphasis on the problems of functioning and development of enterprises. The issues of the validity of the introduction of information technologies in the management of financial resources of chemical industry enterprises in the Volgograd region are disclosed.
