The role of diet in the correction of insulin resistance: correction methods

This article discusses a strategy for correcting insulin resistance through the prism of poor nutrition. Insulin resistance can cause metabolic disorders, weight gain, and the development of type 2 diabetes. Studying the factors underlying insulin resistance and their impact on carbohydrate metabolism, as well as the signs and symptoms of insufficient cellular response to insulin, makes it possible to better understand and select treatment methods, and prevent serious pathologies.
