The role of the volunteer movement in modern social work

Volunteer activity is of a civic nature, thus it is a demonstration of civic policy and is one of the activities where the ability to independently analyze, creatively approach the solution of various problems is formed. Thus, volunteer activity performs the function of moral education, recreating in the youth environment such fundamental values as justice, responsiveness, mercy, citizenship, humanity. Millions of people all over the planet voluntarily do good. They are called volunteers or volunteers. They are always there where their help is really needed.
