Role of formation of agrarian clusters in the development of agricultural production

This article examines the factors of location and specialization of production and processing of agricultural products, analyzes and evaluates the existing location and specialization of agricultural production by zones and municipal districts of the Republic of Bashkortostan, reflects positive and negative trends in the development of agricultural production in the region as a whole and in the context of municipal districts. republics. It was revealed that one of the areas of work to improve management in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) and increase the efficiency of agricultural production today can be the creation of a regional agri-food cluster, which will contribute to the formation of scientific and technical potential in the region and its real transformation into the main factor ensuring the transition of agro-industrial complex on an innovative path of development. When forming agricultural clusters, it is recommended to focus on the creation of multi-sectoral cooperatives and clusters through the unification of organizations of various forms of ownership, including peasant (farmer) households and personal subsidiary plots of the population as an effective form of realizing the agrarian potential of the region, which implies the widespread use of the institution of cooperation, as well as rational placement and deepening the specialization of agricultural production. Processing enterprises of the food industry act as an integrator in the creation of agri-food clusters. A forecast was made for the placement and production of agricultural products in the Republic of Bashkortostan for the future until 2030.
