The role of the state and regional authorities in industrial bankruptcy procedures

The article examines the current problem of modern society - the bankruptcy of industrial enterprises and the search for ways to minimize it as a key task of state and regional management. This is due to the complexity of the system of interaction between participants in economic relations, where industrial enterprises are interconnected through technological and production chains. The article concludes that the state should be interested in maintaining a balance of interaction between all participants in order not only to ensure stable tax revenues to the budget, but also to reduce social tension.
