Role of state in the formation of class of proprietors

The major directions, main characteristics and results of the formation of the social structure of modern society are determined by the processes of formation and institutionalization of civil society, market economy and political democracy, as well as the institutions and relations corresponding to them. From this point of view, the institutions of property and entrepreneurship, such fundamental principles as freedom of economic choice and free competition, are of key importance.
