The role of the state budget in improving the quality of life: analysis of social expenditures and strategic resource allocation

The Kyrgyz Republic is a landlocked country located in Central Asia. Since gaining independence in 1991, the country has faced hardships amid economic and social problems. As a result of being a lower-middle-income nation, where trade, mining, and agriculture greatly influence the GDP, the state budget as an economic mechanism provides resource management towards improving the quality of life for the population. The principles of budget formation about this article are considered regarding this country's general overview but emphasize more on social expenditures. The paper explored both direct and indirect impacts resulting from budget policy through its qualitative articulation backed by quantitative evidence stressing that solution finding lies through budget prioritization directed to specific regional features aimed at strengthening citizen social protection; also reducing poverty while promoting sustainable development together with lowering social tension buildup.
