The role of state regulation in the development of small businesses of the economy of the region (on the example of Sughd region)

The article describes the external and internal factors that affect the development of small businesses. It is also argued that there are factors of state regulation that affect the development of small businesses. It is also noted that small businesses to overcome the economic crisis must have not only a financial reserve, but also high-quality human capital. Also, the quality of a competing environment must be stable, and this is because the demand of consumers is not sustainable. At the end, a conclusion is drawn on the development of small business in the sectors of the economy, which are directly affected by state regulation.
