The role and place of effective communications in the organization’s personnel management system

The article presents a detailed analysis of various points of view regarding the essence and concept of the category "effective communications". It is concluded that effective communications should be considered those that allow the most accurate delivery of the necessary management information, despite the existing barriers, with the least expenditure of resources. The ability of employees to communicate at all levels of management is the key to successful development for modern organizations.
