The role and possibilities of artificial intelligence in modern civil law

The article is devoted to the study of artificial intelligence (AI) and its influence in the legal field. The authors analyzed the pros and cons of using artificial intelligence, lawsuits, as well as the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation and Article 141.1. «Digital Rights» of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The paper examines key areas of AI application in civil law, such as predicting court decisions, automating the drafting of contracts and assistance in dispute resolution.
