Here are many options for using AI in marketing efforts, and each of these options offers different benefits such as reduced risk, increased speed, increased customer satisfaction, increased revenue, and more. The benefits can be quantitative (sales) or non-quantifiable (user satisfaction). This article examines the main aspects of using artificial intelligence in marketing. We also analyzed the use of artificial intelligence in this area in order to recommend the right product to the consumer and show the right advertising, the ability to make decisions in real time, based on data.
