The role of indication in the processes of regulation and management of the agricultural products competitiveness (based on materials from the Sverdlovsk region)

The article considers competitiveness as a complex dynamically developing socio-economic system; provides the rationale for the differences and inter-subordination in the processes of regulation and management by the example of facilitating the agricultural products competitiveness improvement. The methodology of distributing the collective responsibility in solving the large-scale socio-economic development tasks between different levels of structural units and their employees is considered. When developing the methodology, the so-called ‘indication system’ in the process of regulation and management of the socio-economic development of the system was used as the basis.
