Cyberbullying: legal and sociological aspects

The article examines the legal and sociological aspects of cyberbullying as a form of crime against individuals on the Internet. It explores the concept of cyberbullying, its main forms, social consequences, and legal regulation in the Russian Federation. Particular attention is given to criminal and administrative liability measures for cyberbullying, as well as the challenges of their enforcement. Additionally, the psychological and sociological impacts of cyberbullying on victims, including both adolescents and adult internet users, are analyzed. The conclusion offers recommendations for improving legislation and developing effective preventive measures against this phenomenon.
