In this article questions of influence of an infrastructure on social and economic development of region are considered. The analysis of an innovative infrastructure of the Altai region is carried out and the problems constraining its development are revealed. At the same time the region possesses the strong scientific and innovative potential, allowing completely to form a cycle from basic researches to production.
